Before I begin I just want to say that any responses to this post will be from the management company, so do not believe a word anyone says in response to this post or within days of this post.

So, now what I am about to say. This place has gone downhill ever since they hired a bunch of young punks to run this place.

That's all there is to it. Do not rent here. Rent elsewhere.

I am NOT management. I lived at the Crossroads for a year and we just moved out. I loved it for awhile, until the old staff left and the new staff came. They would say they put work orders in and no one would ever show up to fix things. (The maintenance was very helpful here- it wasn't their fault the work orders never got put in!) I worked in leasing (and yes, I am a young 20-something- so please don't say that we're young and incompetent- their problem is they don't really care) and we had much better things to do than check our ratings. We didn't need to. The thing that really got me is that the Lodge made a huge deal that our rent didn't go up- of course it didn't because when I called to find out the amount the were renting one bedrooms they were renting for almost $100 less than ours... and our neighbor was paying $200 more than we were. I understand that when there is demand prices are up, but $875 for a one bedroom with a "view", come now. We moved to Legacy at Crossroads, and while they are more expensive (we got a great move in special) they are brand new, are gorgeous (they don't have built-ins which I loved) and while the management has lots of rules it's still a great place so far. Thus far, I would recommend Legacy to anyone looking to stay in the Crossroads area.
