Newer apartments, prices seem competitive

I've been living in a one-bedroom 3rd floor apartment for the last three months. It has been very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment was very clean, and all the appliances were in working order when I moved in.
My main complaints:
1) Parking. There are no designated parking spaces. Which means that if you gett back to your place later than most of your neighbors, you may have quite a walk to get to your building.
2) Mail. Mail is frequently placed in the wrong box. Also, sometimes I have not been informed when a package has been left at the office for me.
