I have lived here twice from 2000 to 2001 and moved away and came back in 2002 and now I moving out of state. I have heard a lot of people complain about management but I have never had a problem. Everyone is so nice to me and all know me by name. I would say here if still in the area. The patios are hugh, crown molding, garden tub and nice kitchen. I know they can be pricey but you are living in the nicest area of cary. If you move in when they are running a special it's not so bad. I have had very few maintance problems and when I cal they are so quick to fix it. The apts are a bit noisy at times but I also live on the first floor so it a price I have to pay. Overall, this is a great place to live, so close to everything. I would recommend this place to everyone.
