just one person's oppinion shouldn't make or break your decision on an apartment,though I'd like to add to the many compliments. I am not the type of person to usually do this sort of thing but I felt compelled to share my opposing thoughts to some of the negative statements towards the staff of Marquis. I will have lived here for 14 months and have nothing but the best experiences whenever dealing with any of the professional staff. I have recently renewed my lease for another 6 months even though I could have found cheaper elsewhere... weighing the comparison, Marquis is well worth what you pay for. Since I am in the same business of property management I can understand and sympathize that you can't make everyone happy and nothing can ever be as perfect as you would like it to be, but living here is really very close.
