I've been here now for 7 months on a temporary work assignment in Raleigh - so I use it as a corporate apartment.
The staff is always pleasant to talk to and very service-oriented. Whenever anything in my place needed to be checked out/fixed/etc. - they would fix it the same day as my call!
I'd recommend it to anyone - the pool is great, love the gym, a very quiet building so never had problems sleeping, always parking spots available and very clean/new.
