Rude Staff/ Nice floorplans!

I have recently moved in to the Marquis. I moved in basically because I was impressed with the floorplan. Very spacious, great decks, new carpet and pretty clean.
Everything has been smooth up in to the point where I had to deal with the staff. Very unproffesional is an understatement. The community manager is the worst. Very RUDE!!!
Quite frankely it's too bad because like I had mentioned before the floorplans are great.
Unless you have NO intentions of dealing with the office staff I would not recommend The Marquis at Preston.
