I happened upon this website and I could not believe some of the things I read about The Marquis. I have lived at The Marquis at Preston since it was Deerwood. I has only gotten better. Bridget and her exemplary staff always go above and beyond. The Maintenance Staff is beyond expectation and my requests are always taken care of pronto. I travel alot, and I am always happy to come home.
I know alot of the residents in my building and I have never heard one complaint. I also know 2 new Residents who moved here from the place down the street. They could not believe the difference.
So make your own decision. They must be doing something right, they have a wall full of awards.
