I moved to the Marquis right out of college and was definitely blessed with what I found. It has always been quiet, very well maintained, and they even have community events for us all the time. Believe me, I have seen every complex in the Cary/Morrisville area and this is the BEST one. It looks the best of all I have seen and somehow they still manage to give you an awesome deal. When looking again this past month, I realized what a great place I have. When other complexes would ask where I lived now, I told them and they said "ohh that fancy place!" I thought that was a great acknowledgement of how their complexes stood against the Marquis. Even the leasing agents realized that they had an apt at the lower end of the spectrum. So I decided to stay right where I was and even have brought two other friends there who have rented their own apts. I cannot emphasize enough how excited I am to be staying here. The staff have been wonderful to me and to all of my friends. My roommate and I were so pleased that we both said "we need to write this up on that apt ratings site just so everyone could know awesome this place is" So here you go. :)
