Visited Raleigh area in Jan 2005 and saw over ten apartment complexes. Nowhere had such rude and strange management as the Marguis. Tenants who were moving in when we visited were treated really badly right infront of us. The apartments were older than other complexes in this price range and fairly poor value for money.

By all means go and take a look but check out some of the other complexes that get high reviews on this site - I am sure you will agree to keep away from here.
