Not the best, but tolerable

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
We've been in this complex for over 4 years, and we selected it because of the large attached garage, safe neighborhood (right off Cary Parkway), and grocery store within walking distance. However, recently this place has gone downhill. There have been break ins and gun shots. We've been concerned about our safety, especially after the fire last year. The construction is of low quality to begin with, and the maintenance could do nothing do improve it. The remodeled units are just surface work, but rent is much higher.
