I agree Preston should be brought back to the status it was 6 years ago. It apears to me that the issue was never who was in the office but who was responsible for repairs and upkeep which would be John....And as you know you only get prompt service,respect and a fix of your issue instead of a bandaid if you needed your "back flow" checked. If you think he has customer service you must pay him to do extras for you like all the other elderly residents. As far as the loud mouth manager.....She seemed to be very direct but always took care of business and I guess anyone with a southern draw people without one would considered a redneck. GO BACK TO THE NORTH!

Many of us from the deep south hate rednecks as well. Not all southerners are rednecks or have a strong accent and not all southerners should be sent to the north just because they hate a redneck. So southerner, get over it.

Wow! This sounds to me more of a prejudice complaint ground rather then an apartment review. I am a NORTHERNER!!! I would and have not ever said anything to anyone about a southern accent or judge them because of it. Yet, I have been "for the most part" given more prejudice remarks and hateful words about being from the north since the first day I have moved here! I moved to Cary to get away from these remarks, and I can not believe the ignorance that someone would have to write that on this apartment posting. You are a very sad person and I will keep you in my prayers (because I'm just a loud mouth from a few states north of here). Redneck...seriously there are more people that act like "that definition" from the north rather then Raleigh. I'm sorry for your opinion about people from the north. I do know that as a previous northerner, anyone would happily welcome people of all diversities, or that may have an accent. I guess that is the difference between educated people and uneducated people.
