I've lived a lot of places and this apartment complex is easily the nicest in many ways. The staff is not only friendly, but helpful and attentive! You ask for it, you got it, in no time. I have an attached garage but parking is abundant. It is beautifully maintained, and in a neighborhood that can only be described as upper class. A "golf club" community. I had no reason to write this, I just wanted to come in and tell anyone considering this community to come check it out, it really is a step above any other complex I've ever lived in or visited. My rent is $830 plus $40 per month for a huge washer and dryer. You really want for nothing here. It's beautiful, quiet, great staff (office and maintenance) I can't say enough.

I'm looking for an apt and this is one of the few nice things i've read about ANY community on this site and of course someone has to comment on it like its a bad thing to say something nice.
