This place is on the downhill. The new management is liar. They told you one story the first week and another in the second week. They are really ignore their current residents and just want to focus on new customers to keep moving in with great rebate. The service is also bad and it takes 4 days for them to fix a problem in the apartment. Those service guys are not so serious. I prefer the old management and the service team. They are more service-minded and willing to listen. The Marquis at Preston has not been listed as "the best place to live". For you want to move in, please think twice before you sign any papers with those management. They are very nice and good until you signed up the lease. The place is getting very pricy too.
