I read the other review and thought nothing of it because people in the rental office were so nice. Big mistake. Although the neighborhood is nice, the slightest of sound drifts over. I can hear the neighbors TV and stereo and sometimes regular conversation - not just from the people on the sides of us, but the people under us. And these are just normal noises; it's not like the people are partying or being loud. It's totally ridiculous. If it's not the TV up on until all hours of the night, then it's the maintenance guy's dog yapping away at 7 a.m. when he ties him to a stake in the ground. I love dogs, but 7 a.m. is too early when you've been kept up by the TV next door the night before. We've also have regular problems with ants and the occasional roach - I've worked for a pest control company and can tell that they're not doing anything except spraying here and there with watered down chemical in a B&G.
