I have lived at Oak Hollow going on 3 years, I have never seen so many different people come through that office, as far as staff is concerned. You have one lady in that office that is trully dedicated, that would be Deborah Ross Dahl. She is the best, she cares about your concerns, she stays on top of the issues and then calls weeks later again just to touch base to make sure everything is still fine!! Personally I think she is wasting her time here, she would be much more appreciated at a more luxury apt complex. As for the office staff, i know the one called Charlotte is new, but she seems pretty nice. But for Tarsha, she is so unresposive to your residents, she could care less about any of us. She ignores us when we walk in, she looks the other way we we try to ask her anything, and she basically just sneers and looks down on us every chance she gets. She needs to go!!!! She needs to work somewhere , where that isn't people involved. I know of 3 of my neighbors who told me that did not sign on again for another year, simply because of her.
Matt seems nice. The maintenance staff is always friendly and do pretty good at taking care of issues.
Overall, I like Oak Hollow, but some changes could be made, that would improve the concensus of the majority of opinions out here!!
