I went through the nightmare of about five different changes in staff. And each time they got worse and worse. I also went through the nighmare of having a nice screened in porch to their so called sun rooms that took what felt like forever to complete. I even noticed that they never had put any insulation into the sun rooms so I never left my door open to it and whenI would go in there it was always freezing in the winter. I had rodent problems and also pets. So when I asked them to put traps out to get the rodents they put out poisonous bait out and I was glad I caught it before my cat or dog decided to eat it too! I even had insect problems and after repeated attempt to have them fix the problems I walked in on my exterminator one day and he described to me how they were just milking the complex for money and were not really fixing the problems. Luckily I am an entomologist and went to the management and told them what they needed to do in order to REALLY correct the problem. They quickly fired the extremination company after that and notified the residents of my experience and so I had people always knocking on my door when there was a bug problem! My water heater never worked from the first day I moved in and it took them a year to finally replace it after constant complaints and the maintence just putting bandaids on the problem!

The apartments are like a cave with windows only on one side and they don't let in much light in certain areas of the complex. I felt like I lived in a cave and only knew if it was daylight out only if I left my apartment.

The one area where I lived was on a steep incline and I went through two snow storms while living there. I lived at the bottom of the hill and people were constantly thinking they could drive in the snow and would slide down the hill and wreck into the cars at the bottom of the hill. I was lucky I had a 4-wheel drive and thought better than to park at the bottom of the hill during those times. But if I had I would have had my vehicle totalled at least twice!

Your best bet is to look else where!
