Oak Hollow has gotten worse and worse since I moved in 3 years ago. I am extremely disappointed with the office and maintenace staff. The rent goes up every year and the customer service goes down. They installed new toilets and left my apartment wide open for anyone to walk into. Nice. My car has been broken into and a previous manager towed my car because of inadequate notice about resealing the parking lot. My maintenace requests go ignored for MONTHS, not days or weeks, but MONTHS. If you want a constant headache and to be ignored, then this is the place for you!!! It never gets better, only worse. Bugs, high electric bills, poor service.... I could go on and on, but it would take too much time and energy.
