I could not agree more with other people who have reviewed the office staff. Elaine is very nice, but the rest of them - and I do mean all of them - go out of their way to be rude. I went to the office to renew my lease, and one of the office people basically snarled at me and told me that it was not a good time. Hello' You don't pay over 750 a month to get treated like that.

I also complained to the office for 5 months about a neighbour having rave parties till 4:00am on work nights but they never took me seriously.
