moved in way back in November 2003 -- had pretty nice neighbors, seemed like a quiet, comfy place. Then...once the end of the year rolled around, and the neighbors' leases were up...they ran for it! -- we should have taken the hint then. After they moved out -they have been replaced by the lowest of the low. This place has lowered their standards greatly..and their rent..which attracts everything and everyone. Cars getting broken into and stolen left and right, unkept grounds, lazy office staff (they are aware of the small ghetto forming also..one of them even moved out of one of the apartments they were living in..they got a house now..even the office staff doesn't wanna live here)
They raised our rent to a ridiculous rate, yet to a new tenant, they'd offer them much lower to reel them in. Just stay away..don't even bother looking at this place -- it doesn't even fit in Cary..it belongs in Durham. Heh.
If you want nice apartments in cary, go to Waterford Forest on Maynard, its only 2 miles from Oak Hollow. I lived there and loved it, low rent too
