Once you get in...you will be forgotten about. Should any need arrive, privacy, noise issues etc...you are on your own. We were being driven crazy by the upstairs boy being left alone after school. He would have his friend over and often jump off of furniture etc. Should you sleep during the day, be a college student, or have a small baby...you're up a creek. The manager gave US notice to move out come our lease renewal! We wrote the corporate office and she was fired! This was the worst year of "home life" we have ever experienced. Don't even get me started on the wiring of phone and cable.
