The walls are thin, you can hear the people in the basement, and we are on the 3rd floor, parking is a nightmare, we have to park 2 buildings away, they have about 8 people living in the apt, adjacent from us, and two people on the lease, the kids are destroying the building by ripping the screens off the building and the ones with pets let them poop and pee anywhere they want too and not clean it up, it smells bad esp in the summer months, the bills are to high because the walls are so thin and bad insulation, the people in our building on hollingsworth are not only the noisiest but also just plain nuts!!! when our lease is up we are outta here, and never to return, the office staff is at best incompetant and thats a compliment, they are rude and stupid, you complain and they take your name number, and never, i do mean never get back to you!!, we moved from raleigh because of the noise, and now we have more here, the man underneath us, is so loud and wrestles around so much, it bounced me right out of the sofa one night, im not kidding, he is rude and a jerk, the kids in this building are just plain ghetto with no manners whatsoever, this place is a dump, from roaches, to centipedes, to spiders, to whatever bug you can think of you got it!!!, Not to mention all the cars being broken into, thats a whole other story, we had a leak in the ceiling, it took them 4 trys to get it fixed and thats was spraying the ceiling stuff all over our bedroom, the walls, the curtains and our furniture, then they had to fix the walls in the dining room, and they couldnt even match the paint, we have white on parts of walls with creme color, it looks ridiculous, the point is DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

This is so true - and I'm not even on your road. Obviously, this place is horrible. We moved here b/c rent was $25 cheaper that other places - what a HUGE mistake! Moving out soon though - we have a countdown and everything. GOOD RIDDANCE!
