Most of these reviews are complaining about the people that live around them. Most people don't really care about their neighbors. Yes I have had issues with people not picking up dog doo and leaving cigarette buts everywhere. Get involved!! Put signs up!! Do something about it . You cannot blame Management for children living on top of you. Go upsairs and open your mouth. There will always be idiots living around you. If you don't like it ,Buy a HOUSE.....

Wow, you are absolutely ignorant. I AM buying a house because of this horrible situation and I CANNOT control the people around me, even though I personally have asked them several times to keep the noise down! Management has done NOTHING to help out with these neighbors, so overall this place has gotten bad reviews, based on MANAGEMENT! Also, the reason for bad reviews is the fact that the class of the people who live in this complex is BEYOND POOR. You must be one of them!!!

whoa whoa whoa....the last comment i felt didn't need to be so mean...don't take your frustrations out on someone who is trying to be more positive about problems that your gonna find basically everywhere...i have not lived here but i was trying to read about some places before i moved...everyone needs a place to live even if the aren't of the highest class give them a chance and some slack jeez...that is all i have to so...goodbye
