I love this apt.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This is my second year in this apt. This is the first apartment that I have ever stayed in more that one year. The bad here outways the good. I stay on Kempwood with a top floor apt. The apt is spacious, the closet is so big. I never had a problem with maintenance or the office staff. Now, the sun room feels like the temp outside. There are ants, spiders and occasional roach(1 roach per year). These are the same problems I had with all apts. I think the good out weighs the bad. I love it her
