If you have a noise complaint nothing happens (they tell you there is nothing they can do) you are instructed to call the police but then the rental people come to your home an hour later (and tell you they have to hear the noise themselves... I walked up to them and they told me they couldn't do that)and of course the people have shut it off after torturing you with it for over 3 hours and you give them the benefit of the doubt that it will end soon. If you have kids this place is a nightmare be prepared for them to be woken up by the people above you thin walls = total nightmare sounds as if people are going to fall through the ceiling. Don't screw up and sign a 2 year lease here it's an total dump. If you need maintanence be perpared to wait 5 hours they tend to say they live 2 hours away (go figure) The parking blows it looks fine by day but by night... hell. If your still intrested in living here after all that i've just typed then drive by at night 10pm on a Sunday and it will tell you all. (or any day typically not a Friday b/c who is home then' To get the full effect of the limited spaceing come when everyone would be home. You have to park at the end of your street. We live on the street with the rental office and we have to park in the "future resident" parking. Parking spaces are tight there is no way you can open your door without banging the car beside you if you can then prepare for your car to get banged over and over everytime someone parks next to you. There are car alarms that go off throughout the night that are so sensetive that if you walk on the sidewalk they go off. The best thing I can tell you is don't do it 2 years of hell we put our 60 day notice in (giving them a 90 day notice) Can't wait to get out of this ------ place.

I think this experience is an exception. I live here and I think the staff is excellent, the apartments are extremely well maintained, the parking lot is fine. You can definately hear your neighbors, but the people in the building I live in are all respectful of each other. When I had a noisy neighbor, it was taken care of and I haven't had a problem since.

I agree, I have made numerous noise camplaints. Nothing was done until I went downstairs myself. This place puts on a nice front but it is not worth the rental rates they charge. I have written a two page letter complaining to corporate about this place. If you can find another place to live I highly recommend not moving here.

I live here as well. But I think the best way to handle noise complaints is to tell the people first then call the police. We had this happen and yes it took a while but they got the message and the parties stopped. And, now they moved where they can party. Also, I do agree with the parking problem. But these are 24 years old...Most people only had one car to park. Do I feel safe walking my dog at night? Yes, with my husband next to me.
