I was not told when I moved in that I would get hit with so many fees for moving out and not renewing my lease.
I have made numerous noise complaints and nothing was ever done.
Water comes into the apartment when it rains.
I was moved into a handicap apartment and I was not told until after I signed all the paperwork.
There is NO parking if you get home after 9pm. If you work late, you are walking far.
The people in the office ignore people that come in, people are acknowledged when the staff is ready.
I had a package (medication)delivered the office held on to it for 10 days and did not leave a note or call me about it.
I have a friend who was trying to rent my apartment after I moved out, they gave him such a hard time he went somewhere else. He bought his girlfriend with him to look at the place and they kept trying to force him to put her on the lease (they don't even live together)
