I lived in two different places here. I lived in a two bedroom on Collier, and then a one bedroom on Kempwood after my girlfriend and I split. The staff was helpful in both transactions.
Parking on Kempwood was horrible after rush hour, but Collier I didn't have much problems because the lot was so big.
I found the staff always knowledgeable and helpful. And when I had a maintenance problem their timing was pretty quick.
The prices were very good, too.
Location was great. Very close to 40, close to food, and Cary Towne Center and Cross Roads were both very close.
I did see two cockroaches when I lived in Kempwood, but I had a lower floor apartment, which backed up into the woods.
