I have lived here many years and I am very displeased and will not be renewing my lease this coming term. I have always paid on time, as well as, been a quit tenant. Recently the rent was raised. Everyone (new move-in and old tenants are paying the same). I think that is wrong not to offer a small discount for loyalty and dependability. My appliances do not work properly and I have complained over a 6 month period of time. I have asked why a new tenant who is paying the same amount in rent is able to have new appliances and I am not offered at least an upgrade after being a loyal tenant and paying the same as the new tenant. As well as, after having soooo MANY issues with my current appliances. The appliances that are in my apartment are very outdated and obviouse fixer uppers. My range does not cook and heat and my dishwasher leaves dishes dirtier when they are finished than when putting them in dirty. They come out greasy and stained with dried water spots and dried detergent. (with or without heat dry)

It always seems like there is something wrong every week... no hot water, fireplace jammed, water leaking from the faucets (all of them). Plus there are appartments that have over 5 dogs in them each all around and they bark morning, noon, and night. Also they are walked without leashes. There has been no effort by management to correct this and carry out the rules and regs when it comes to authorized number and sizes of pets allowed.

I love the space and the area but I am not staying due to the poor accountability and unwillingness to customize there services offered by the management staff.

hey i would like to comment about this post besides those little guys that are not on our lease they call ants, lizards, bugs. i have to say the maintenace here is first class, they are always on point, very polite and are really holding this community together, and for that i will stay and renew my lease, and if i am going to renew my lease this means its really not that bad because for the space and the price you can t beat that besides the people in the office are great people, what you see is what you get! all in all its really worth it!
