When i first applied to live here, i was very excited because of the many things the staff told me that i could expect. A pool and clubhouse opening the week i was SUPPOSED to move in, brand new apartments, and so on. However things slowly changed. We were supposed to move in on july the first, well i got a call saying that would be july 14, then july 21, then i got a call saying that the building i was supposed to live in wouldn't be ready until late august, and the staff expected me not to have a problem with that, yeah right. So we got moved to another building, and when we came to sign our lease and get ready to move in, i notived that construction hadn't even started on the club house. So much for the parties and emmenities that were promised to me and that persuaded me to move in. Now the pool and club house are "supposed" to be done in december, we'll see about that. The staff was very nice before we moved in, but now that they have us under contract, they really don't care about our concerns of the mailbox issue and the clubhouse not being there. They used these things to get people to sign but didn't reveal to us that they probably wouldn't be finished on time, let alone 5 months later.
The apartments are really nice, don't get me wrong. They are beautiful. But the floors are very thin because i live on the third floor, and i can hear the people below me, so there is no telling what they can hear from me. The construction is also an issue. I get waken up every morning at about 7 am from the sounds of dump trucks and hammers. The staff also failed to mention that there would be construction the whole entire time i will be living here.
Overall, i would not suggest living here. Maybe in a year or so, but stear clear right now. I'm not going to renew my lease next year, because i can't deal with shady managment.
