Just try to find other apartments.

The reasons;

1. staff - do not care residents
- care only before contract

2. pool/mailbox/clubhouse
- delayed at least 5 or more times

3. rent fee
- 1st floor: more expensive than 2nd floor
- 2nd floor: more expensive than 1st floor
