I agree a lot with the last review. I think the price is really good for a brand new apartment. I've lived here for a couple months in the large one bedroom and I really like it. It was nice and clean when I moved in. I looked for a while and all the other places were charging the same for older apartments and I didn't see the point when I could have a new one. I really don't care that much about the clubhouse that's what I have a gym membership for. For the people on here who complain about noise the other review was right, go buy a house or just get over it. The construction noise is not bad at all.
