I've lived here a couple months now and have no real complaints. I think everyone on here who wrote about noise needs to LIVE ON THE THIRD FLOOR!! I mean come on I learned my lesson on that years ago when I lived on the first floor. It's an apartment people, you will always hear your neighbors unless you are deaf. I like this place, nicest apartment I've ever had. I really want the clubhouse to be ready soon but other than that I'm perfectly happy here until I buy a house.
