Yep, it's truly amazing how fast ENITIRE apartment buildings are up and running in no time, but just 1 clubhouse building STILL is not ready...hmmmm, maybe it's got 'something' to do with the fact that they get more MONEY out of people like us, by constantly filling new apartment buildings, but THEY get nothing out of keeping promises made to tenants by giving us the clubhouse/with pools & gym despite using it as a selling point to get people to lease here, and promising that it would be ready by the time we moved in, which now is already almost a YEAR ago...If they actually cared about and honored the commitments they made to their tenants, they'd do something about it, like arrange free memberships to a outside health club until the clubhouse/gym/& pools that were SUPPOSED to have already been ready here, are finally here. Or, lower the rent to account for an amenity which was promised to be here, and still is not, along with paying back that money from the start of the lease to the present until what we were all guaranteed would be here, actually is here. One of our top deciding factors for choosing to live here, aside from location, was the pool/fitness area on site, and included in rent. Yes,the rent is higher then many other apt. communities around here, but taking into account that I wouldn't have to spend money on a outside gym membership made spending a little more to live here worth it, or so I thought. Management, it's time to cut the excuses, and step up to do something for your tenents, before you don't have any tenents left TO do anything for.

I AGREE!! THE TENANTS SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND SEE IF WE COULD GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT TOGETHER!

This not a condo association. Residents do not pay HOA dues for the amenities of a community. The rent you pay at any apartment community is based on the square footage of the apartment you inhabit. Currently all residents at The Park at Crossroads are receiving concessions on their rent, so everyone is paying BELOW market rent for their square footage. I agree that it's a very frustating situation for everyone. The management has made every attempt to communicate construction delays via updates in your newsletters and with flyers to your doors. I understand how tempting it is to write anonymous complaints, but the on site staff welcomes addressing your concerns directly if you ever choose to stop by or call the office.

WHOEVER KEEPS POSTING THESE BOGUS MESSAGES FROM THE ONSITE STAFF, PLEASE STOP! I do not know what your motivation is by placing these fake and disrespectful postings. While you are technically correct regarding concessions, you do not work for this organization. I do not know why you are trying so hard to sound like a staff person, even going so far as to cut and paste actual sentences from our construction update letter? If I choose to release future construction updates to this website, the login name will be mine and the email address is always leasing@parkatcrossroads.com.

I think the people are nice - its not the office staff's fault that the construction isn't going according to plan ... I mean come on, look at the construction on the freeways and look at Tryon - have you tried driving through there? Try to have some patience, I'm sure they would rather have it done so that they didn't have to get complaints - I know I would if I were them, I only live here and I hear complaints from all my neighbors, I don't want to hear about it - suck it up and find another place if you're so miserable.

I am considering this complex and will be thrilled to be living in such a beautiful and convenient location should I choose to move here. I think my main concern would be living amongst a bunch of whiners! Is your life and our world so wonderful that you cannot find anything any more relevant to complain about?

I live at the apartment complex NEXT DOOR the Lodge at Crossroads. It's got some of the exact same floor plans and I think it's cheaper. Plus our clubhouse and pool are finished and our office staff cares very much about us. I think it's really crummy that this complex has chosen to build identical buildings and confuse everyone. Please be sure if you think you are going to the Lodge at Crossroads you go to the clubhouse that faces Tryon road not Scarlet Sky - THAT'S the one where you'll truly be happy with your lease.
