Great Location, NO CLUBHOUSE!!

This is a great apt. community, that is in an ideal location. If location is a priority this place is for you. Everything is close by. Don't be fooled by claims that the clubhouse will be ready soon though. It's been promised to be through WELL OVER a year ago, and it still has at least 6 months before completion. I was sick of being lied to by the agents, so I talked to one of the contractors, who said it would be at least 6 more months!! The hole for the pool isn't even dug yet! It's sad that all of the tenants were lied to and told that it would be ready in May for our summer enjoyment. NO POOL, NO CLUBHOUSE, NO FITNESS ROOM!! If this is a necessity, pass this community by. I was looking forward to the pool this summer, but so much for that. The owners should be ashamed, and should adjust the tenants rent they are paying. It's amazing how fast the new apartments get ready, like a couple of months, but STILL NO CLUBHOUSE!! I will probably not be renewing my lease. What a shame, it's such a great location. I'm contacting an attorney to see if there can be legal action taken.
