I have lived here just over four months and the apartment couldn't be better. The Grounds are Always well kept and Safety is great. The Neighbors in my building are very nice and always say hello. Yes There is no club House but the management is not lying to you. They give you the information that they have upon you signing the lease and that is the information they have availible to them from constuction crews.
NO problems with maintance. I only had two problems with my apartment and they were both fixed within 24 hours of reporting the problem. They just brought on another maintance employee to ensure all issues are taking care of, and that no problems go on deaf ears. When I moved in my apartment was brand new and the repairs were minor and corrected right away. I Haven't had ANY problems since my first week in apartment.
Dont take my word for it, just use them as a guide. Please come take a look before you say this place isn't for you.

Can't help but think that this post is by one of the staff of the Park at Cross Roads. It sounds so apologetic!!! It says, "The management is not lying to you!!!" No resident would say anything like that. I must say they are not lying but they are misleading in their advertisement. We moved here a year ago and were promised that the club house and pool would be ready in several months, but a year later, and still nothing. The post also states that they even hired an extra maintenance man!!! No resident knows that. Sorry! It's an inside information. So it's definitely someone from the staff writing that. What a desperation! This apartment complex is very nice, but the staff are very unprofessional and unpleasant.
