The Park is a decent place to live. The apartments are very nice and I have had no problem with the management. However, I was told in November when I signed a lease for December, that the pool and clubhouse would be ready in April. It is not ready now either in mid-June. I know there may be issues going on, but I have not seen any construction people onsite of the pool house in the past week. So it is doubtful if it will be done when I move out in December.
If you are looking other places for a home to rent, go with another place. I moved here for the pool and amenities and the cost I pay monthly is not worth it. Might be new, but rethink it if this is your choice.
