I will start with the one nice thing I can say about the apartments...they seem to pretty safe.

Now it is time to get to the point. The staff here are rude. It is more than just ignoring your problems (which is bad enough). The staff seem to have no clue when it comes to satisfying their residents. Although, they will be nice to you, at first, to get you to sign the lease, but keep in mind that things will change. You will be promised great things, but it's all basically trash talk.

If you have any problems with your apartment...forget about getting them resolved.

Another thing to keep in mind is that they will literally rape you in cost of repairs to the apartment when you attempt to leave and do not renew your lease.

I hope this helps someone see the truth before they get into a contract with this place that they will regret.

It sucks when the carpet is ruined and it has to be replaced.
