Park at Crossroads

I have lived here since August 2007. Since, this is the first time that i have lived in an apartment I can not complain to much, but I also don't have anything to compare it to. When my roommate and I first starting looking at apartments someone recommended coming here, we went and the staff was very friendly. We decided to look at other places, but couldn't find anything that looked so good for the price. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and its huge, the crowned moldings, built in shelfs and bar, kitchen cabinets and black appliances make this apartment feel like your own personal home. I like how the two bedrooms don't share a wall, I can't even hear my roommate when she's in her room.

People complain about hearing your neighbors, well thats true the people who live above us have a baby and you can hear it crying at night and the person besides us you can hear them opening and closing their dresser drawers, but those kind of things should be accepted when living in an apartment. It's not that bad, its defiantly something you can get use to.

The maintenance is very responsive. We needed them to fix a few things when we first moved in and they came the same day that I put in the report. Also, a few months ago our lock on the front door kept getting jammed, but i was too lazy to get maintenance to fix it, but one afternoon the guy was at my neighbors doing something and saw me struggling with the lock, so he came over to look at it and fixed it for me that day. He was extremely nice.

I have had no parking issues. When I first moved in, looking around it seemed like there wouldn't be enough parking spots, but I have never had any problems.

I just got a small dog and would have to take her out in the middle of the night, I felt very safe taking her out. Also, they have dog stations to clean up after your pet which I love very very much. It's very convenient, but some people don't use it so you'll see poo every so often.

The clubhouse is very nice too. The gym is pretty small, but about the same size as most places have. You can also rent out the clubhouse, for private events, which is good if you want to hold a party without your neighbors complaining. I love the pool in the summer time, very quiet almost like your own pool. The indoor pool is also nice for the winter time. I also love the fresh cookies they always have at the clubhouse, they rock!

The location couldn't be more ideal. It's 3 to 5 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, Target and many many other places.

Overall, I love this place, I will be renewing my lease in the summer.
