I am a resident and have been since the day they opened. I was also one of the first residents at the Lodge. The apartment I am in now, is the exact same as the Lodge, just way more expensive. The grounds are not kept well. Maintenance will pick up the trash in the parking lot, however, the breezeways are disgusting. For a property located in Cary, I am a bit disappointed. My neighbors are animals. The walls are so thin, I hear them running as well as constant episodes of the Golden Girls. I understand that I am in an apartment, but I should never be able to distinctively tell what exactly is going on in my neighbors apartment. I haven't had a problem with management or the leasing consultants, however, I believe we just got a new batch that don't seem to be the brightest. The ammenities and my rent don't match up. And management will be quick to tell you that the ammenities are not included with the rent, then what is rent for' If you are ok with high rent and mediocracy, then by all means, this is the place for you!
