Don't really have anything bad to say about the Park at Crossroads. Live on the first floor and don't really hear my neighbors. Sometimes I can hear the people above me stomping around, but that's to be expected anytime there is a floor above your head. Grounds are nice and well kept. Apartments are very private and in a prime location to Cary shopping, dining, and pretty close to Raleigh. Maintenance staff are very fast. I haven't really had any problems but once my air didn't work. I went out for a run and by the time I got back there was a note on the counter saying it was fixed, and it was. The office staff has always been very polite to me, but I haven't really talked to many of them. The pool is very nice, and the "gym" is decent. The complex is very large and everyone seems to be polite.
The only drawback is sometimes living on the first floor there's bugs and spiders, but it's probably my fault since they do offer extermination and I haven't signed up for it yet. Also it may just be the building that I live in, but it seems like there are a lot of older people living here. I'm a young professional and probably the youngest person in my whole building. Overall the complex and area is one of the best I've lived in. Would definitely recommend the Park at Crossroads.

There are folks of all ages and types living there, trust me. That said, you might consider living there more than a month before posting a review about your 'experience'. Go through the lease first.
