The indoor pool is wonderful. I like the layout and design of the apartment. Flat paint is a problem, marks very easily. A fair number of college students live here in this "family community". The noise is a real problem. Especially if you're a working adult and your neighbors aren't. Don't expect much help from the office. They send a "letter" if you complain, but there's no muscle behind it. They tell you that you can call the police if noise is a problem. But I don't think we pay taxes to have the police tell people they shouldn't walk so loud when they come stumbling in at 4AM. Living in an apartment I know that I should and do expect some noise, but this is by far the worst of any apartment I've lived in. I asked. No noise insulation at all. Which also means no firewalls, I would assume. Great place when you have good neighbors. Awful when you don't. It's a gamble. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
