Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Place is in need of maintenance and upkeep. Paint is peeling from the exterior and there is some wood rot on some units. Parking isn't adequate. Don't go month to month or you will get ripped off - big time. Rent increases are outrageous too. Where is the money going' On the plus side, staff is very professional and pleasant. Pool area and workout facilities are well kept.
