It's not all bad and not all good.

It looks REAL impressive from the outside. Some of the perks are nice, too. (i.e. Pool, Fitness Room).

IF CLAIM THEY DON'T HAVE A SPECIFIC APARTMENT TO SHOW YOU THEN DON'T ACCEPT IT. The model apartment I viewed was GORGEOUS. Not a single flaw, naturally...


CONS:

The day I moved into my apartment - it was very dirty. It was clean on the surface (countertops etc...), but things like the bathroom medicine cabinets and moldings above the doors had an inch of dust, dirt and hair on them. GROSS! The many windows are wonderful - but they, too, were all extremely dirty. (I went as far as to hire a cleaning company to come in and do a once-over.) The paint is peeling off most all of the kitchen cabinets. The plumbing fixtures are cheap. The laminate floors aren't in the best of shape, either. If you are one who needs a lot of kitchen space - then this isn't the place for you. The kitchen drawers are so narrow that I can't find even the smallest silverware tray to fit in one.


PROS:

The carpets had been cleaned (and smelled great) and there was a "welcome" gift on the counter.

The HUGE washer and dryer are a great thing to have right in the apartment.

99% of the office personnel are very nice. There's always that "one", I guess...

I've already had a couple of incidences in which I had to call maintenance. They came to fix the issue's the very next day.

Depending on the layout you pick, it can be very spacious.

They try to hold events for the whole complex (pool parties, body therapy). Just an FYI ... these events are usually inundated with kids. If you have kids or love kids, which I do...then great. If you're looking for an adult atmosphere...not so great.

Oh, and I've never experienced a problem with parking.

Overall, it has pluses and minuses like any complex would - but not worth the money I'm paying for it.
