I havent even moved into this place and been having problems. If you have a problem with this community here is the management company! they are wonderful and wish this was passed on to preston reserve leasing consultants who work there. they didn't even know the name or the phone number of their management company. If you do move in here though I would deal directly with the management company if the leasing team doesnt help you. Good luck!

It's understandable to have a gripe with the leasing office and score the "Office Staff" low, but it doesn't seem right that you added to the other ratings of the complex. You haven't even lived at the property. This is one reason why I only take half of what I read on here into consideration, only people who have had bad experiences go on here--it's sad bc it doesn't help us researching the properties at all.

I didnt rate the apartments anything I kept it neutral. The only other thing that I rated below average was safety because I saw there were break in's. I think anyone moving in there would like to know that but you can't tell them that so it leaves people like me to tell them. You can check out Preston reserve's break ins at wakegov.org. I'm not saying the apartments arent nice im stating what is fact. I know I havent moved in there, which makes it even worse because it shows what I had planned for me. People have minds of their own. They can decide if they want to deal with office staff that isn't that great. All I stated was if you(the office Staff) isnt helping them, there is another outlet. And since your not able to supply customers with that number because you didnt know it, I thought I would. also why is it that theres no comments in all of 2009 but the day I post something(within the hour) someone replys back? and its anonymous? hmmm fishy? and for the comment below me umm is this noel? lol listen people just double check everything if u like the property great but do your research.. and for the spoiled little girl thats me, I'm not dropping that low because I have standards. But i wouldnt mind copying and pasting and sending it to the corporate office. ;) (noel) thats my last response. oh AND HOW DID YOU KNOW I CANCELLED MY APPLICATION? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM thats right the leasing consultant lives in the holly on site..

Ok- not sure what's going on here but for the record I have had nothing but positive experiences with the leasing staff. I've been here over 3 years and there's been some turnover but they have always gone above and beyond to help me when I needed something. So I'm not sure what your problem is with them- all I know is that this has been a great place to live and I love the people that are here.

Wow, sounds like somebody didn't get what they wanted. This is why I hate websites like this sometimes. People just come here to rant and try to get back at companies that don't give them what they want. The worst thing about stupid reviews like this is that the ratings of the apartments are skewed by people with an axe to grind, when this site is really supposed to provide a way for people to objectively rate the communities, rather than just vent about not getting their way.

I moved here because a friend of mine had lived here and was happy. I asked people who lived here how they liked it and it was all positive.I am fairly new to the complex and I like it here.So far the staff have been very good about getting things fixed, if needed.They are friendly and accommondating.No problems with parking, that I can see.So far, so good, and I'm pretty sure it will stay that way.
