While there were some maintenance/manager issues in the beginning, for the most part, I am very pleased with living in the Stratford. The new management seems to be much better than some I've had at other apartments. I love the eclectic style of the apartments - and I am getting ready to move into one of the loft apartments - visited one today and fell in love with it. Office personnel have been great to work with so far on this arrangement. When I call to have someone fix something, for the most part, they are here within 24 hours. Bugs are more common with the first floor apartments - but they've hired a new exterminator and even those problems have almost vanished.
