I have lived in the Stratford for 8 months, and the first 3 months could not have been better. The apartments are getting old and need some repair, but within the first two weeks of me living here, the old maintenance fixed everything I asked of them. Just recently we have had a change in management, all of the nice friendly people in the sales office left or got let go. Now they have rude people that don't know their way around the office running the place. The pool has been closed for a couple of weeks for no apparent reason. Now my garbage disposal is not working, so my kitchen sink is backed-up, and they said, they would be out to fix it in a ?couple of days.? It is like nobody with the new management cares about the tenants. And now they have put up towing signs (so tacky), and there is not even a parking problem. I feel like I am living close to campus again. It would be a great place to live if management changes their attitude, because they have great floor plans and it is a great location.

The pool was green.... you might be used to being dirty but we were not. We are glad new management took over. It is people like this that do not take pride in their home.

yah the towing signs told me this "this place is bad negative" all apartments with those as soon as you get into them is a bad sign
