I have lived at The Stratford for about 6 months and overall I have had a good experience. I love the design of my apartment and the grounds are kept-up pretty well. I also feel very safe at The Stratford and have never had any trouble with my car. The parking lot could be better lit though. The location is also great. I read about how some people have trouble getting ahold of the office staff I'd say at least 90% of the time I get someone on the phone. Most of the time they are very helpful but there was one woman who made me feel like I was bothering her by calling. Our requests are usually taken care of within 2 days. One of my complaints is that the rent and pet fees are going up since the new management took over. I intend to renew my lease but i'm kinda scared that my rent is going to go way up when I try to renew. In that case, I would leave in a heartbeat. $20 would be understandable but i'm worried it may be more. Other than that I would recommend The Stratford.
