I've been living at the Stratford since Sept 07 and really enjoy it. As for the previous post about not getting things fixed, I have had absolutely NO problems getting things fixed at all. They even call a few days later to follow-up and see if things were fixed to my satisfaction. The new office staff is very nice and accomadating. As a matter of fact, when I was leaving this morning for work, three of the staff members had a table set up right before you got to the entry/exit and they were passing out breakfast bags to tenants containing juice, granola bars, and a danish.
I'm getting ready to renew my lease this week and I was afraid that the rent might increase a lot but it only increased $5.00 per month with a 12 month lease. I've definitely been happy with this apartment and have no complaints.
