This place gives off a "nice apartment vibe" and the pricing implies these are nicer apartments as well. We moved in last August and immediately had multiple problems in our apartment. I'll just list since there were so many, HORRIBLE smell coming from behind the fridge, the towel rack just came right out of the wall the second day we were here, toilet ran and ran for about a month (took them half a month to come fix and our water bill was 70 dollars for ONE month!), our fridge started turning off after we FINALLY got rid of the smell and it was a circuit breaker, brought a new fridge but ice maker didn t work, took at least a month of them trying to fix the ice maker to finally just give us another fridge that was decent. Mice somehow seem to keep getting in, there was a pile of trash I just discovered behind a row of drawers that was never cleaned, weather stripping on doors is broken and they said they couldn't fix it because they can't get the type of weather stripping for the doors since they are too old, one of our cabinets doesn't close and they say it's warped and they can't fix it.
On top of all of this, the building was built very cheaply and with ALL wood so the stairs creak terribly and when the guy upstairs walks around it sounds like a 400 pound man walking around. It actually wakes us up at night sometimes, and it makes the woman's dog below us (we are on the middle floor) bark sometimes becuase it is so loud!
Also, I talked to some neighbors whose lease is about up and they are raising their rent by 50 dollars (and they said this is on the low end of what they are raising) If anything I would want them to LOWER our rent to even consider staying here.
They do have nice grounds and a nice workout room but they are always out of anything they might provide in the workout room: no water, no towels, and I think the air has been broken because it is SUPER hot in there recently.
Basically it's not worth your money, move somewhere else that s newer!!!
