Wow, where do I start. At first glance the place seems decent enough. But it doesn't take long before you start to see the issues. They do not have very good upkeep of the buildings themselves. They have landscapers come all of the time, but don't seem to put any effort towards the apartments. Starting with the outside, there are holes near the foundation in certain places, which I didn't like to see. Spider webs and bugs EVERYWHERE!! We had spiders CONSTANTLY in the rooms, and having a small child especially, I HATED that. I used spray to spray the little (sh***y) patio we had and I kid you not...the spiders were coming out from behind the wall. I almost passed out!!!! So they obviously didn't have a contract with exterminators, and being near so many pine trees I am not sure why they wouldn't take those steps.


On the inside, it is very cold and drafty in the winter (which is when I was there) so I imagine in the summer you get the hot air coming in too. Which obviously makes you jack up the heat/air. I lived on the ground floor. We had neighbors upstairs and the creaking was so bad, it literally kept us up at night. I totally expect to hear noise in apartment living, in the one I am at now we still do. But this was ridiculously LOUD. And come to find out after talking to my upstairs neighbors in passing one day, they could hear the floor creak just as loud too when they walked! Supposedly another upstairs neighbor had called the maintenance people to see if they could fix it, and the simply ripped up the carpet, put a piece of ply wood where it was supposedly creaking, and that was it. And that didn't even fix it from what I was told!! And bringing up the maintenance crew...which consists of one woman and one man.....she does not know what the hell she is doing. I had called her in to fix our fridge which decided to stop keeping things frozen and cold, and she came to fix it and made a mess. She said she would replace the fridge but she only had one extra, and it was "in the same shape" as the one I already had! Then after she left I went to get ice one day and found a screw frozen in my ice cube! What if my child would have had that in her drink before I noticed it'!!!! The garbage disposal AND dishwasher never worked, and were never fixed while I was there. And to top it off, the laundry room always had machines that were out of order, and the dryers didn't dry your clothes unless you had a very small load...even then they came out damp. My family and I began going to a laundromat after that. In the leasing office, the man we were dealing with was very rude when we let them know we were looking to move out. Their attitude totally changed from nice to stuck-up. And at the time we moved out, 3 apartments around us in our specific building did too. Not to mention the empty parking spots that accumulated towards the end of our lease. It was horrible....so please do yourself a favor, find a nicer and safer place. I am not over-exaggerating at all. I am a mother who can put up with a lot. But this place was simply unacceptable.

Not to mention the pool being closed in late April when it's 82 degrees outside. When I asked why it was closed, I was answered in broken english "pool closing until July". Great, so I don't even have access to one of the main selling points of this apartment community, for no apparent reason. Also, get a coin machine for the laundry facilities. Please. It's ridiculous.

Well first of all, please don't involve my 1 year old child and accuse her of putting a screw in the cup..obviously you don't have kids or you wouldn't be so stupid and rude to involve an innocent child (and if you do have kids, that goes to show how sensitive of a parent you are).. Second of all do not accuse me of not keeping my apartment clean, when you do not know me and have no right (or proof) to be able to say things like that. I am glad you enjoy the complex. But their approval rating on here speaks for itself. Unless you are the owner of the building I don't see why you get so defensive and bring up accusations, you really need to get over yourself.

I do not mean to be rude however I have lived here a long time and I have called the office for prevenative spraying. (Which they dont charge for). When you live on the first floor bugs are expected in the south... However I have never had a problem because I keep my apartment clean and know I can call for spraying before a problem occurs. Dont waste your money on a product that may not work, all the places I have lived at include it just ask! I have had the maintenance people in my house plenty of times for random things being that I have been here for some time now they are always overly nice and extreamly helpful.
