I honestly don't understand why people are giving such negative reviews. I'd have zero problems at Vista.
I've never seen one bug in my apartment.
I haven't noticed the smell from the sewage plant for over a month.
Trash gets full the day before it gets collected, that can happen in a home.
This is the QUIETEST complex I have EVER lived in..
It's brand new, and my rent is 628/month!
I love the crown molding, black on black appliances, love all my closet/storage space. I promise I am not office staff either!

Inocabvi was my email when I signed up on ratings. My name is Marilyn. If they read this from the office they will know exactly who I am and I am not afraid of being identified. Also, when I wrote my original review, the front office knew who I was then because they were aware of my complaints. Any more questions?????
